About Chris | Cs Fitness

I'm Chris — a personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, and youth football coach based in Hull. I help people move better, feel stronger, and build long-term health. With over a decade of experience across gyms, bootcamps, coaching academies and sports performance environments, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from complete beginners to young athletes. Cs Fitness is built on one simple idea: Not just for looks, but for life.

Who I work with

I work with adults who want to lose fat, build strength and feel better in everyday life. Athletes who want to improve performance on the pitch or in their sport. Young players who need the right guidance and structure at the start of their journey. Every programme is tailored to the person in front of me — their goals, their experience, and their lifestyle.

Coaching philosophy

Education. Progression. Enjoyment. I explain the “why” behind the training so you understand what you’re doing and how it helps. Training is structured and tracked so you can see real improvements over time. Sessions should challenge you, but they should also be something you look forward to, not dread. Whether I’m coaching adults, athletes or children, my goal is always the same: build confidence, improve performance, and make every session count.
